Foot Reflexology

Relaxation and healing through the feet. Foot reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principle that all organs, joints and parts of the body have subtle connections with precise points on the sole of the foot: the so-called reflex zones.

Through targeted pressure and rhythmic massage of these zones, blockages throughout the body can be released and the capacity for self-healing activated.

Sessions and calls

For individual sessions: with at least 24 hours' notice the date can be moved. Without notice the session is considered to have taken place.
If I have to cancel, I will offer a new date or refund the corresponding amount.

The video modules and meditations are protected by copyright and intended for personal use.
They may not be recorded, copied, shared or distributed, in whole or in part. Access is personal and non-transferable.
