What data I collect

When you sign up for a service, fill in a form or write to me (email, WhatsApp, phone), I process the data you send me: first name, last name, email, phone number, the service chosen, the content of the message and, for payments, the payment details.

If, in your messages or during the sessions, you share information about your health or your emotional state, I process it only to carry out the accompaniment, with the utmost confidentiality and without passing it on to anyone.

Why I use them

To manage registrations, appointments and payments, to get back in touch with you and, only if you have asked for it, to send you updates on courses and seminars. I do not sell or pass on data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Who else sees them

To run the website and the services I use external providers: the website and form platform, email, WhatsApp, Zoom for online sessions, the bank or post office for payments. Some of these providers are based, or have servers, outside Switzerland, including in the United States, and adopt the safeguards provided for by law for data protection.

How long

I keep the data for the time necessary to handle the request or the path. Accounting records are kept for 10 years, as provided for by Swiss law.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to know what data I hold, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to its use, by writing to giadalofaro@gmail.com. You can also contact the data protection authority: in Switzerland, the Incaricato federale della protezione dei dati e della trasparenza (IFPDT); for those living in the European Union, the authority of their own country.

Cookies

The website uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work (for example for forms and navigation). Any statistical or marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw from the website banner.

Some pages contain third-party content, such as YouTube videos, Google fonts or links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp: these services may receive your IP address and, when you use them, store cookies or similar data according to their own rules. Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies, in particular the Legge federale sulla protezione dei dati (LPD).
