Infrared Therapy

Infrared therapy, also called red light therapy, is an application of warming infrared radiation: the body is irradiated with long-wave, low-energy light rays, usually with red light lamps. The radiation penetrates the skin, sets the molecules vibrating and generates a beneficial heat.

Sessions and calls

For individual sessions: with at least 24 hours' notice the date can be moved. Without notice the session is considered to have taken place.
If I have to cancel, I will offer a new date or refund the corresponding amount.

They may not be recorded, copied, shared or distributed, in whole or in part. Access is personal and non-transferable.
