Manual lymphatic drainage according to Dr. Vodder is a gentle, specific form of massage that stimulates the flow of lymph. It was developed in the 1930s by Dr. Emil Vodder and uses circular or spiral movements with slight variations in pressure: the gentle pressure and release create a pumping effect on the skin.

Sessions and calls

For individual sessions: with at least 24 hours' notice the date can be moved. Without notice the session is considered to have taken place.
If I have to cancel, I will offer a new date or refund the corresponding amount.
