A seminar to listen to the body and its resources, bringing awareness to fears, beliefs and inner conflicts.

It is meant for you if you wish to better understand your relationship with physical symptoms and emotional states.

Paths, sessions, seminars and training

Your place is reserved once payment has been received.

Sessions and calls

For individual sessions: with at least 24 hours' notice the date can be moved. Without notice the session is considered to have taken place.
If I have to cancel, I will offer a new date or refund the corresponding amount.

Path materials

The video modules and meditations are protected by copyright and intended for personal use.
They may not be recorded, copied, shared or distributed, in whole or in part. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Nature of the paths

This is an awareness accompaniment. It is not a medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic service and does not replace ongoing care or therapy.
No results are promised or guaranteed.
