The path of healing is a seminar dedicated to the healing of physical symptoms and emotional states.
It is based on the principle that the body has its own intelligence including the ability to heal.
You will go to recognise the healing energy that is already in you, in order to activate and strengthen it to heal.
You will go to remember and re-contact your internal resources so that your approach and attitudes to the symptoms do not interfere with the healing process and so that healing takes place.
Fears, beliefs and inner conflicts are interference that become a real interference with healing.
From there you will be able to understand the cause of the disorder so that you can interact and remedy it.
This seminar will also help you reveal your healing potential, a quality that belongs to you unlived with which you are unknowingly in conflict.

Yoga

A complete discipline that brings balance, alignment, support to the muscle and body and benefits of self-healing and inner balance.
Through body-free exercises (asana) , breathing (pranayama) meditation and use of the voice (mantra) you take full awareness of your body and spirit .
By increasing and keeping their energy levels in balance and leading towards an inner balance . An hour of gymnastics dedicated to oneself to the care of one's body and soul.
Each exercise has a specific physical and also spiritual function for the elevation of one's awareness, the realisation of one's postures and attitudes and the approach to one's nature, the source for one's healing.
